Blue dress baby, Chicago lady, seamstress for the band <3 I’m no tiny dancer, but I AM an Elton John fan! Anyways, focus Emma, a LB(lue)D is something I believe everyone should have in their arsenal. It’s a universally flattering color that will make any eye color pop!

This dress is from Zara and I’m obsessed! It’s work appropriate with a pair of flats or booties. To dress it up for a night out, match with strappy sandals and some tassel earrings! Steve Madden heels found in the side bar to shop!

Sometimes it can be tricky to shop at Zara so here are some tips! If you don’t have a Zara in your area, no need to fear, you can shop online! Most of their dresses, tops, and jeans fit TTS (true to size). I’m 5-7 size 4 or small-medium. If you’re between sizes I recommend sizing down in jeans and tops. Dresses can be short, especially if you’re leggy, so I always size up for a longer fit.

As for when to shop, Zara stocks up BIG time at the beginning of every season, so I would check it out then! Once the stuff is gone, they don’t do a great job of restocking like Nordstrom does. The models online are very editorial, but things fit differently on real men and women. Order what you like and return what doesn’t fit right! I’ve been there too 🙂
